As a way to start this blog I'll take a nostalgic trip down memory lane and share with you my memories with my precious dreamcast. If I have ommited any games that you believe should be here feel free to comment with your recommendation.
10. Unreal Tournament
9. Rez
Rez is an on rails shooter-music type game where your attacks add to the sound track. The video would explain better than I could. It was released for the Dreamcast in 2001 and then later on the PS2. If your not down to play this on an old system, it has been released on the Xbox Live Arcade in HD oooooo.
8. Chu Chu Rocket
From the team that brought Sonic comes Chu Chu Rocket. This is an intense puzzle game that has you manipulating the direction of running mice. This game has been released for mobile which you can play on your phone or tablet. Get it for iOS [here] and for Android [here]
7. Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver
A strait up long adventure game with a gothic storyline. You'll know if your interested in this.
6. Power Stone 2
This games is quite similar to SSB because it is four-player multiplayer death matches.
This ones a winner in my book!
5. Star Wars: Episode 1 Racer
There many good racers on the dc but I played this more than any other. This game was also on the
n64 and the PC.
4. Sonic Adventure 1&2
The last of the good 3d Sonic games. Both titles were ported to the Gamecube later on.
3. Tony Hawk 2
Heavy influence on my childhood ( I was 12 during it's release). This game set my music prefrences in stone cause I played this game so damn much
2. Super Mario War (homebrew game)
Basically, it's mario with 4 people on one level all you need to do is stomp the other guy to win.
My friends and I have all screamed at the tv over this game. I hope someone will release an updated port of it some time.
1. Shenmue I&II
Call me predictable but I love, love, love this game. Some of you will loathe it. The people who do like it, however, are avid fans I find.
Thanks for reading or quickly skipping through the list, I appreciate it anyway.
