Some Software that Just Works

Usually I'm not the one to rant or review software for the good of my friends and peers. But today I happened to stumble across a nice piece of code designed to extract flv, mp3, video from various websites including YOUTUBE that I think many of you may find a use for.

It's called aTube and it's completely free. This program gives you no hassle and also gives the option to download the HQ versions of many videos.

This program will take an FLV video (or insert other format here) and convert it to your filetype of choice. Just from using the URL.

I know you're sitting there wondering at all if you need it or not. But when the time comes and you have to download that Live version of that song found on YouTube and not anywhere else refer to this post as I can assure you your frustration will be diminished.
